- demi-glace sauce - 1/2 cup
- rice - 1 cup
- cherry - 1/2 cup, pitted and halved
- olive - 1/4 cup, sliced
Instructions
- Season the beef cheeks with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef cheeks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the demi-glace sauce and cherries. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cherries soften and the sauce thickens.
- Return the beef cheeks to the pan. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the beef is tender.
- While the beef is cooking, rinse the rice and cook according to package instructions. Stir in the sliced olives once the rice is cooked.
