Instructions

  1. Season the beef cheeks with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the beef cheeks for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the demi-glace sauce and cherries. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cherries soften and the sauce thickens.
  4. Return the beef cheeks to the pan. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the beef is tender.
