Instructions

  1. Season the beef cheeks with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the beef cheeks for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Add the minced garlic and thyme to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the demi-glace sauce over the beef cheeks.
  6. Cover the pan and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 90 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  7. Once done, remove the beef cheeks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Slice the beef cheeks and serve with the reduced demi-glace sauce from the pan.
