  8. Ginger - 1 tsp, grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a heatproof dish.
  2. Arrange the sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and julienned carrot around the tofu.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and grated ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables.
  5. Cover the dish with a lid or foil and steam for 10 minutes.
