Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into two heatproof bowls.
  4. Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Place the bowls in the steamer and cover with a lid.
  5. Steam for about 8-10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Carefully remove the bowls from the steamer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
