Instructions

  1. Place the fish fillets on a plate suitable for steaming.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the fish fillets and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  4. Steam the fish for 8-10 minutes until it's cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the steamer and transfer to serving plates.
  6. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the fish and garnish with sesame seeds.
